Our achievements include often dramatic reduction in levies,avoiding administration for one complex we acquired by self managing a significant debt collection campaign, simplification of decision making, dispute resolution, planning and implementing building refurbishment, all the while keeping levies under control.
We are a local company and we are passionate about the Whitsundays and the Central Queensland region. We will continue to bring leading practice expertise and knowledge, gained from our experience and research nationally, to service Bodies Corporate in our region.
