It certainly is the end of an era for us! 11 years of ownership now finally over.
Rob and I truly thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you have done for us over the years. We know that you have always gone over and above what your roles encompass and I can't quite put into words how grateful we are to have found Aspire BCM.
We have always felt safe being in your hands with the incredible wealth of knowledge you possess and share, as well as the level of integrity, professionalism and care that you have always, without fail provided to us.
You were pivotal in the success of the rectification of our unit and took on every aspect of management throughout, providing the information to us thoroughly in a way that we could understand. You never let us down and made all the challenges we faced so much easier to cope with so I have to say another big thank you on a personal level Stewart for always being there for us.
Thank you once again for being you, the best business in the Whitsundays.

My name is David John Durbidge and Tania I have been the owners of a unit at Sailz Cannonvale since August 2006. In that time, I have been a member of the Sailz Body Corporate Committee in one capacity or another since 2009.
In 2016 after a short absence from the Committee, I was returned to the committee to fill the position of Chairman. It was from this point I started working with a new Body Corporate Manager, Shirley Hendry and Stewart Key from Aspire. As with any new organisation (and people who work in it), I allowed Shirley and Stewart to demonstrate their ability to manage Sailz and guide the elected committee. Almost four years later, Aspire are
still our BC Managers and will have the committee’s support for a fifth year.
During my previous tenure as a committee member (prior to 2016), and in particular the time I served as Chairman and Treasurer of the Sailz BC, XXX were the elected Body Corporate Managers. Whilst their management of Sailz seemed to be adequate, I did not have a BCM to compare them with, as such their standard of service had become
normalised over time. It was not until I started working with Aspire I quickly identified that XXX level of customer service was far lower than what I now expect from this industry.
My experience with Aspire has been positive, and I have found their professionalism, industry expertise and loyalty to be important company values, values that Shirley and Stewart and the team at Aspire maintain and stand by.
I would encourage anyone who has any doubts about this company and the people it employs, to do as I did and give them a chance to prove themselves on their own merits.

I could not imagine the mess our body corporate would be in right now if not for the professionalism, perseverance and integrity of Aspire Body Corporate Management.
The work undertaken by Stewart and his team was of the greatest significance, particularly after being faced with the most difficult of circumstances imaginable after being hit by Cyclone Debbie.
The way in which they have stood strong, upheld their integrity and unravelled the mess on our behalf has been of tremendous relief, not only for myself but the entire committee and owners group of Delor Vue.

With respect and experience from our transition across to Aspire Body Corporate, I would like others to know of how and why we rolled our business to Aspire.
Just prior to TC Debbie we had our AGM and it was decided to not transfer our BCM to Aspire as some in the Committee had heard negative statements from locals about this business.
Then for 12 months we struggled with very poor service and an under resourced BCM that left the Committee wondering why we were involved with this company that had been charging us like a wounded bull for the past 5yrs.
So at the AGM in 2019 we had a vote that changed everything. Within days of transferring the BCM to Aspire we had been given the FIRST cost saving on our property insurance of over $16k. In the 6 mths of this year we have quite literally had nothing but the very best of service and
professionalism from the team at Aspire. We had other cost reductions implemented and I know that Shirley has worked after hours to action things over and above anything that may have been written in a contract over our property. I most sincerely give Aspire BCM a personal Vote of Confidence.

In the years since we started with Aspire Body Corporate Management, we have had nothing but praise for the professional standards shown by Stewart and Shirley and their team.
Questions are answered promptly and with clarity, even if it is a "not sure but I will check and call you back!"
Aspire have saved us money in many ways, including insurance premiums, and has managed in most instances to reduce our levies while keeping funds at high levels. Their efforts on our behalf have been very worth while.
I am happy to suggest to you that Aspire will be capable of offering you a much better, safer, intelligent, businesslike, knowledgeable, personable and professional service.

I am currently Chairman of Shingley Beach Body Corporate, and have had dealings with Aspire for about 5 years, and have been on the Body Corporate Committee for a number of years. Shingley was in fact the first Body Corporate to switch to Aspire.
I have found Aspire to be professional and competent at all times, providing good advice and guidance to the committee as and when required.
The best comparison I can make to our previous BC Manager is to point out the difference between dealing with an owner/operator such as Aspire and an employee of a large company. There is no comparison; the owner/operator takes my vote every time!
We switched to Aspire 5 years ago. We were unhappy with the support and advice being provided by our previous supplier, as well as their pricing, and have been very happy with the service provided by Aspire since.
My dealings with Aspire have found them to be professional and helpful at all times, and I have no hesitation in recommending their services to any other BC committee.

I would like to thank Shirley and the team at Aspire for their professionalism, helpful advice and value-for-money service that they provide to the Maeva Court Body Corporate. I have dealt with many body corporate managers over the past two and a half decades, and in my experience, Aspire is right up there with the best. This is no more evident than with the tedious and time consuming follow-up regarding insurance that Shirley has undertaken. Other body corporate managers would simply not have done so, or charged a fortune to provide any meaningful follow up. So, thank you Shirley.
As some owners are not local residents, we must necessarily rely on the advice and professionalism of our body corporate manager. In my extensive experience, we receive excellent value-for-money service from Shirley and the team at Aspire and it helps the body corporate enormously.
